Steadfast Training Systems' "After Burn" Bootcamp series is a high-intensity work out that burns up to 1,000 calories in one class (!!!), tones muscle, maximizes fat loss, and increase your metabolism, so you actually burn calories even after class is over.

Our instructors push you to do beyond your comfort zone; revealing what you didn’t even know was possible. The music,  the energy in the room….. the FUN, all contributing to maximum results.

Each class is different. You will never have the same routine — and never get bored.

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect.
  2. Make sure you are Hydrated

  1. All you need are your work out clothes, proper kicks and a towel. We’ve got everything else covered.

  2. Buy or bring water. You must hydrate. You will NEED it,  For real
