Steadfast Training Systems, LLC was founded by Justin in 2016. It has been a life long dream to be able to open a facility that not only reflected his personal training ideology but as well as to memorialize the contributions from his Father and family.
Justin currently holds a CSCS- NSCA, as well as a B.Sc. in Exercise Science from Shanendoah University. He has been a competitive Power lifter, Strongman, Semi-Pro football player. Steadfast Training Systems, is not only for those that wish to improve on their athletic journey, but also for those that wish to become the better version of themself.

Liahna's passion is the need to help people, which prompted her career in massage. She has been a registered Massage Therapist since 2011. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries from overuse.
She is constantly pushing her level of excellence. Liahna decided to become a massage therapist because she loves helping people. At the end of the day she find's such a fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better.

DAVE HERRING- RUNNING COACH
I have lived and worked in the greater Manassas area my entire life. I’ve been a runner here for almost 4 decades now. My running journey started as a youth recreation league soccer player who showed more promise in running than the actual sport of soccer. From there it was 2 years of cross country at Brentsville District High School and 4 years of Track and Field. I was fortunate enough to run some in college as a walk-on in both cross country and track. As a PE major at George Mason University, I began my coaching career at Annandale High School in Annandale, VA. I coached all 3 running seasons – cross country, indoor, and outdoor track. I was lucky enough to coach a runner to a 4thplace finish at the National Indoor Track and Field Championships in the mile. After getting married and raising 2 children I found the amazing world of ultra running where I have completed 45 ultra marathons including five 100 mile race finishes all since turning 40 years old. Athletics and especially running are my passions, and I want to share my passion with others. I truly miss coaching and am thrilled that Steadfast Training Systems has given me the opportunity to continue to do what I love. I feel I can help those willing to learn to become better runners and more importantly better athletes leading healthy lives.

KOLE STEPHENS- Level 1 Coach
Is currently studying under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to earn my Personal Training Certificate, and also taking classes at the Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) in Manassas.
He played Varsity Football @ Brentsville District Highschool, and ran track. Currently a fitness enthusiast, a HUGE comic book nerd and loves the outdoors.

ALINA NHOUYVANISVONG- Level 1 Coach
Currently a student at George Mason University pursuing a major in Community Health with a concentration in clinical science and a minor in Nutrition. I ran track for four years in high school, and I now play flag football and volleyball recreationally. My fitness journey began when I was in the 7th grade by challenging myself to complete one more pushup, burpee, and sit-up every morning before school. Now I enjoy strength training through bodyweight movements, resistance training, and plyometric. Besides weight training, I enjoy outdoor activities, playing with dogs, drawing or writing, and singing. I also like to bake sweets and treats. I am looking forward to building relationships with my clients and sharing my passion for health and fitness.
